By enrolling as an affiliate (“Affiliate”) you agree to this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and all other policies. You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. We may approve or reject applications at our discretion.
License to promote
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our approved materials and affiliate links to promote the Service. Do not modify our marks or materials without permission.
Commissions
- Recurring commission: 20% of net subscription revenue for standard affiliates, or 30% for approved influencers, from customers you directly refer. Once you reach the active-referral threshold, your rate increases by 5 percentage points for good (up to 25%, or 35% for influencers), for as long as the referred customer keeps an active paid subscription.
Commissions are calculated on net revenue actually received (after refunds, chargebacks, taxes, discounts, and fees). Referrals are tracked by your unique link/code with a 30-day last-click window.
Payouts
- Method: bank transfer (via Stripe Connect), Zelle, or PayPal, as selected in your dashboard. Bank transfers are processed automatically via Stripe; Zelle and PayPal payouts are sent manually by us, typically within a few business days after you request them. You are responsible for the accuracy of the Zelle handle or PayPal email you provide, and we are not liable for funds delivered to a payout destination you entered incorrectly.
- Minimum: $50 (balances below roll over).
- Hold: 14 days (and until the underlying revenue clears refund/chargeback windows).
- Schedule: monthly for cleared, eligible balances above the minimum.
Clawbacks
If a referred customer refunds, charges back, or cancels within the refund/chargeback window, the related commission is reversed and deducted (or invoiced if already paid). Fraudulent or self-referred sales are forfeited.
Prohibited promotion
No spam or unsolicited email/SMS (TCPA/CAN-SPAM/CASL); no bidding on our trademarks in paid search; no deceptive ads/domains; no false or unrealistic income claims; no unauthorized cashback/rebates or self-referrals; do not represent yourself as us. You must disclose your affiliate relationship as required by the U.S. FTC and Canadian rules.
Independent contractor; taxes
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent, and are solely responsible for your taxes. We may require tax documentation (e.g., IRS Form W-9 and 1099 reporting) and may withhold payouts until provided.
Term & termination
Either party may terminate anytime. On termination your license to promote ends; cleared, eligible commissions earned before termination remain payable, subject to clawback. We may withhold or forfeit commissions for fraud or breach.
No guarantee; disputes
We do not guarantee earnings. The disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, Indiana governing law, and binding-arbitration / class-waiver provisions of the Terms of Service apply and are incorporated here.
