This Refund Policy explains how trials, subscriptions, and refunds work for Plug Akademi LLC (“Plug Seller,” “we,” “us”). Billing is processed through plugakademi.org using Stripe for web purchases, and by Apple or Google for in-app purchases.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing.
Subscriptions
After the trial, paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until you cancel. Current prices are shown at checkout.
Cancellations
You can cancel anytime from your account on plugakademi.org (or through the App Store / Google Play for in-app purchases). Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We generally do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period, unless required by law.
Refund requests
If you were charged in error, double-billed, or believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request fairly. Purchases made through Apple or Google are subject to their refund processes.
