This Privacy Policy explains how Plug Akademi LLC (“Plug Seller,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Plug Seller website and applications (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name and email address, provided through our authentication provider when you create an account.
- Subscription & billing data — handled by Stripe for web purchases, by Apple for iOS in-app purchases, and by Google Play for Android in-app purchases. We do not store full card numbers.
- Marketplace data — when you connect or query Amazon and Walmart, we process product, listing, and pricing data and, where you authorize it, your own inventory, order, and seller-account data, solely to provide the Service to you.
- Usage & device data — logs, device type, and basic analytics used to operate and improve the Service.
How we use information
- To provide product analysis, sourcing, business, and eligibility tools.
- To create and secure your account and process your subscription.
- To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Amazon or Walmart data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
Third-party services
We share data only with processors that help us run the Service: the Amazon Selling Partner API and Walmart APIs (to retrieve the data you request), Stripe (payments), Google Firebase (authentication and storage), and our hosting providers. Each processes data under its own terms.
Data retention & security
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and least-privilege practices.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To delete your account and associated data, see our Data Deletion page or email us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
