These Terms govern your use of the Plug Seller website and applications (the “Service”), operated by Plug Akademi LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, our Amazon Policy, our Walmart Policy, our Data Protection Policy, our Cookie Policy, our SMS Policy, and any other policy referenced here, all of which are incorporated into these Terms.
The Service
Plug Seller provides product-analysis, sourcing, business-management, and eligibility tools for Amazon, Walmart and eBay sellers, including Plug Analiz, Plug Scan, Plug Ungating, Target Flip, Plug Finder, BuyBox Analyzer, Vault, My Business, and the Plug Assistant. Data, estimates, and verdicts are provided for informational purposes to support your own business decisions.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is not for anyone under 18.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and not use disposable email addresses. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Device limits and monitoring
Each plan includes a maximum number of devices and installations (across web, mobile, and the Chrome extension) on which the Service may be active at once. You acknowledge and agree that we monitor device, installation, and login activity, and that we may enforce plan-based device limits by technical means, including blocking access on devices that exceed your plan’s limit. We may detect suspicious logins and notify you by email and/or SMS. Sharing access or attempting to evade device limits is a material breach and grounds for suspension or termination without refund.
Subscriptions & billing
- Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial; if you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing. One trial per user.
- After the trial, paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe; iOS purchases by Apple; Android purchases by Google Play.
- You may cancel anytime; access continues through the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.
No guarantee of results
Plug Seller provides data and estimates, not financial advice or a guarantee of profit. Sales estimates, ROI figures, eligibility indicators, and verdicts are approximations drawn in part from third-party data and may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence and your purchasing and selling decisions.
Third-party deals, websites, and merchants
Features such as Plug Picks and other deal, lead, or sourcing tools may surface products, listings, prices, and links to third-party websites, marketplaces, and merchants. These are provided for informational and research purposes only. Plug Seller does not sell those products and does not own, operate, endorse, control, or vet any third-party website or merchant. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the safety, legitimacy, or security of any website, the quality, authenticity, or condition of any product, delivery, or the availability or accuracy of any price or deal.
Any purchase or transaction you make with a third party is solely between you and that third party. You are responsible for independently verifying each product and website before you buy, and you assume all risk arising from such a transaction, including loss of funds, fraud, defective or non-conforming products, or failure to deliver. Plug Seller is not a party to those transactions and is not liable for them; any dispute must be resolved directly with the third-party seller or website.
AI features (Plug Assistant)
The Service includes AI features. AI outputs are generated automatically, may be processed by third-party AI providers (including Anthropic), and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are informational only, are not professional advice, and must be independently verified. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or other people’s personal information to the AI.
Marketplace compliance
You are responsible for complying with all Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplace policies, API terms, and applicable laws when using the Service and when buying or selling products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or Walmart.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service, or circumvent security, rate limits, or device limits.
- Do not resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or abusive purpose.
User content
If the Service lets you post messages, comments, or other content, you are responsible for that content and must not post anything unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. You grant us a license to host and display your content solely to operate the Service. We provide tools to report objectionable content and to block other users, and we may review, moderate, remove, or restrict content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms. To report a violation, email support@plugakademi.org; we respond promptly. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Plug Seller and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it under these Terms. You may not use our marks without our written permission.
Feedback
Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plug Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, capital, inventory, or losses arising from your business decisions, marketplace account actions, or reliance on any data or output. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim or US $100.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Plug Akademi LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right, or your content.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, in our sole discretion, for violations of these Terms, for unlawful or abusive activity, or to manage risk. Termination for your breach does not entitle you to a refund. Provisions that should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, IP, and dispute resolution) survive.
Governing law; binding arbitration; class-action waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by final and binding arbitration seated in Indianapolis, Indiana, before a single arbitrator under a recognized arbitration provider’s commercial rules. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property or unauthorized-access matters. You and we agree to bring claims only individually, not as part of any class or representative action, and waive any right to a jury trial. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@plugakademi.org within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
Electronic communications
You consent to receive communications from us electronically (by email and within the Service), and agree they satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the most current version supersedes prior ones and will show an updated date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect is acceptance.
General
These Terms, with the policies referenced, are the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. The English version controls; any translation is for convenience only.
