You can delete your Plug Seller account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens next.
How to request deletion
- In the app: open Settings → Account → Delete account.
- By email: send a request from your account email to support@plugakademi.org with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and authentication record.
- Your saved history, favorites, and tool data.
- Any Amazon or Walmart marketplace data and credentials stored for your account.
Timeline
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Once complete, your data is permanently removed from our active systems and purged from backups on our normal backup cycle. We confirm by email once deletion is complete.
What we may retain
We may retain a limited amount of information where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, or in anonymized form that no longer identifies you.
Cancelling vs. deleting
Cancelling a subscription stops billing but keeps your account. Deletion removes your account entirely and cannot be undone.
