Why does the Scanner ask me to add the extension?
On a computer, the Scanner works through the Plug Seller extension. So once you have a plan, the Scanner shows Add the extension to open your Scanner until the extension is installed in that browser.
Open the Scanner
- Press Add to Chrome on that page and add the extension.
- Go back to the Plug Seller tab. The Scanner opens as soon as the extension is installed, without a reload.
If it's still locked, press Already installed? Refresh. If that doesn't work either, try these fixes.
Who sees this page
Only computers running Chrome, or another browser that can add Chrome extensions. On a phone, a tablet, Safari or Firefox, the Scanner opens without it.
The page also shows the email you're signed in with. If it's the wrong account, press Not you? Sign out.
