In Chrome on a computer, yes. The Scanner opens once the extension is installed, and the extension shows your numbers on Amazon, Walmart and eBay pages. Phones, tablets, Safari and Firefox work without it (installing it).

Yes. Plug Seller Sourcing Tool is on the App Store and Google Play, and it scans barcodes with your camera. Create your account and choose your plan on plugseller.com first (getting the app).

No. Sign in with the same email and password. Plug Seller plans are separate from Plug Akademi memberships, so you'll still need a Plug Seller plan (signing in).

Not to scan. Connecting is free on every plan. It shows whether you can sell each product, adds live Top Offers and lets you list products. On Combo and Pro, it also lets you use Plug Ungating (connecting Amazon).

They're estimates to guide you, not a promise. Plug Seller uses Amazon's own figure when there is one, and shows Unknown rather than guessing (how sales are estimated).

Yes, 3 days on every plan. You add a card, but we don't charge it during the trial, and you pay nothing if you cancel before it ends (how the trial works).

Yes, whenever you like, from Settings > Plan & Billing > Change plan. You see what you'll pay today before you confirm (changing plans).

Go to Settings > Plan & Billing > Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for (canceling).

The trial is never charged. Paid periods generally aren't refunded, but if you were charged by mistake or twice, contact us within 14 days (refunds).

Starter covers 2 phones, 2 browsers and 2 extensions. Combo covers 3 of each and Pro 5 of each (device limits).

Pro includes 3 team seats. Each person gets their own login and full Pro access (adding team members).

Yes, for Amazon. Choose CA in the Scanner to analyze a product on amazon.ca, and the extension does the same on any amazon.ca page. Walmart is United States only (supported marketplaces).

No. The extension never buys, fills a cart or submits anything. A product is only listed when you press Publish, and Ask Plug asks you to confirm before it does anything for you (the extension's permissions).

Hide IDs is on by default, so a screenshot never gives away what you're sourcing. Turn it off in Settings > Seller Settings > Privacy. The copy button always copies the real code (hidden IDs).

Yes. Connect Google Sheets and press Export on any Amazon or Walmart scan to add it as a row (setting it up). Advanced Search results can also be downloaded as a CSV file.

We never sell your data. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it and how we protect it, including the data from the stores you connect.

From the mobile app, or by emailing us a Data Deletion Request. Deleting cancels your plan right away and can't be undone (deleting your account).

Yes. The affiliate program is free to join, you don't need a plan, and you earn a commission on what your referrals pay (joining).

Users earn 20% of what their referrals pay, and 25% once they have 20 active referrals. Influencers earn 30%, then 35% (commissions).
