How does the free trial work?

Every plan, monthly or yearly, starts with a 3-day free trial.

What you need

A card. Stripe stores it securely when the trial starts, and we don't charge it during the trial.

What's included

Everything on the plan you picked, with these exceptions:

• Ask Plug, the AI assistant, opens once the trial is over.
• Live search on Pro opens once the plan is paid (about Live search).
• Team seats on Pro open once the plan is paid.
• Plug Ungating gives you 3 runs during the trial. If you need more, press Activate now. The trial ends and your plan is charged that day.

When the trial ends

We charge the card you added, for one month on a monthly plan or a full year on a yearly plan. If that payment fails, your access pauses until the payment goes through (what to do).

Canceling during the trial

Cancel before the 3 days are up and you won't pay anything (how to cancel).

Switching plans during the trial

Go to Settings > Plan & Billing, press Change plan and pick another plan. It costs $0 today. The trial continues, and the new plan's price applies when it ends.
