How do I redeem a Buy Pass code?
A Buy Pass is a single-use code that looks like PLUG-XXXX-XXXX. It turns on a Plug Seller plan for one month, and you don't need a card. The code decides the plan: Starter Amazon, Starter Walmart, Combo or Pro.
Redeem it as you sign in
- On the sign-in card, press Have a Buy Pass code?
- Type the code in the Buy Pass code box.
- Enter your email and password and press Sign in.
Redeem it once you're signed in
If you're signed in and see the Activate Plug Seller page, press Have a Buy Pass code?, type the code and press Redeem.
Either way, you'll see which plan is now active. It runs for one month. If you don't have an account yet, create one first.
If the code is refused

| This code is not valid. | Check the letters and dashes. |
| This code has already been used. | Each code works only once. |
| This code is no longer active. | The code has been switched off. |
| You already have an active paid Plug Seller plan. | A pass can't be added on top of a paid plan. |
| You already have an active pass until (date). | Use the new code after that date. |
When the month is up
We email you a reminder before the pass runs out. To keep your access once it ends, choose a plan.
Note: A Buy Pass isn't a referral code. A referral code goes in the Referral code box on the sign-up form.
