What do the Live search filters mean?

Updated Sep 26, 20262 min read

Filters decide which products a scan keeps. Set them under Apply filters to your scan before you start, or on the scan's page later. Show switches between Main, the filters most people use, and All.

Number filters have a Min and a Max box. Leave a box empty for no limit.

Profit and ROI

FilterWhat it keeps
Only profitable productsLeaves out every product that loses money after Amazon's fees.
ROIProfit as a share of what you pay for the product.
ProfitWhat one Amazon sale leaves you, after fees.

Sales and rank

FilterWhat it keeps
Sales / monthSales a month on the Amazon listing.
Sales rankAmazon's Best Sellers Rank.
Rank topProducts in the top X% of their category.

Amazon

FilterWhat it keeps
Amazon not sellingListings where Amazon itself isn't one of the offers.
I can sell itOnly products your own Amazon account may list.
New offersThe number of new offers on the listing.

Amazon not selling and I can sell it are checked on your own Amazon account once a product passes every number, so those products show up a little after the rest.

Prices

FilterWhat it keeps
Buy priceThe store's shelf price for one unit.
Amazon priceWhat the listing sells for on Amazon.

Matching

FilterWhat it keeps
Match kindsHow a store product was found on Amazon: Barcode, Best guess or Your picks. All three are on at first (about matches).
Sound matches onlyOn at first. Leaves out a listing with no Amazon price, and an ROI too good to be the same product.
Units per saleHow many store units one Amazon sale takes, for example 4 when the Amazon listing is a 4-pack.

Saved filters

  1. Set your filters.
  2. Press Save filters and give them a name.
  3. Next time, press that name under Saved filters and the form fills in.

Saved filters are kept on your account and work for every new scan. Saving with a name you already use replaces that set. To delete one, press its × twice. You can keep up to 20.
