Why doesn't a friend count?

A friend counts toward your bill when all of these are true:

• They're new to Plug Seller. An account that has had a Plug Seller plan can't join with an invite link.
• They're not you. Your own account, email or phone number can't use your link.
• Their payment is real and kept. The free trial counts nothing. A refunded or disputed payment doesn't count, and credit you already got from it comes off your next credit instead.
• They pay with their own card. A friend whose plan is paid with your card shows as Not counted.
• Nobody invited them first. One invite per account: an account that joined with another member's link or an affiliate link counts for that one.
• Your own plan is paid. Your link works while your plan is paid. If your plan ends, credit waits about six weeks for it to start again, then it's dropped.
