How do I reset my password?

1. On the sign-in card, press Forgot password?, or go to plugseller.com/reset.
2. Enter your email and press Send reset link.
3. Open our email and follow the link. It works for 1 hour.
4. Type a new password twice and press Set new password, then sign in with it.

If you're already signed in, go to Settings > Profile and press Reset next to your password. It sends you the same link.

Password rules

Use at least 8 characters. Unless it's 12 characters or longer, it also needs a number, a capital letter or a symbol. Common passwords and easy sequences, such as "password1" or "12345678", are refused.

If the email doesn't come

• Look in your Spam and Promotions folders.
• Make sure you typed the email you signed up with.
• You can ask for a new link a few times an hour.

If the page says This reset link is invalid or has expired, the hour is up or the link was already used. Ask for a new one.
