How does My Business sync my sales and inventory?

Amazon

Connecting Amazon imports your catalog, your inventory and up to 24 months of sales history automatically. The Amazon store page also has buttons to run each import again: Import catalog & inventory, Import recent sales (30 days), Import inbound shipments (90 days), and a one-time Import 24 months of sales history.

• A new order usually shows up within a few minutes.
• FBA orders stay Pending at Amazon until they ship. Plug Seller records them at the listing price and corrects them when Amazon settles the order.
• Fees are marked est. until Amazon settles the order, then Amazon actual.

Walmart

Inventory syncs on a schedule, which the Walmart store page shows (Inventory sync: On · every N min). Walmart releases each order about 30 minutes after it's placed. The store page has Sync inventory now, Import Walmart catalog, Push all quantities to Walmart, Push all prices to Walmart and Backfill sales history.

eBay

Orders and listings sync on a schedule shown on the eBay store page. Sync now runs it at once.

In Inventory

Sync now applies new sales to your stock, Export CSV downloads it, Set costs fills in what you paid, and Add a product or Import inventory from CSV adds stock.

A message like Already synced recently. Try again in a minute. means a sync has just run. Wait a minute and try again.
