How do I connect my eBay store?
- Go to Settings > Store Connect and press Connect on the eBay row.
- eBay's page opens in a new window. Sign in and approve Plug Seller.
- You'll see eBay connected. You can close this window.
The eBay row now says Connected, with your eBay username.
With eBay connected, you can list products on eBay from a scan. On Pro, your eBay listings and sales also come into My Business, sharing one quantity with your other stores.
If eBay stops syncing
eBay's approval can expire. When it does, the row goes back to Not connected and we email you Action needed: reconnect your eBay account. Press Connect eBay and approve again.
