How do I order free shipping supplies?
This is in the mobile app. Go to More > Free Shipping Supplies and pick a carrier.
| Carrier | What you can order |
|---|---|
| USPS | Priority Mail boxes, envelopes and tubes. They're free, take 7 to 10 days to arrive, and can only be used for Priority Mail. |
| UPS | Express boxes, envelopes and pouches. They're free for Air and Express shipments, and you need a UPS account. |
Press Order free and the carrier's own store opens inside the app. On USPS, the chips at the top (All free, Boxes, Flat Rate and Envelopes) filter the store to the free supplies. You check out with the carrier yourself, and they ship the supplies to you. Plug Seller doesn't order anything for you.
Boxes and envelopes are free. Label rolls, tape and printers are sold separately.
If the store doesn't load, press Retry, or Open in browser instead.
