How do I track a package or schedule a pickup?

Track a package

1. In Shipping Labels, open the Track tab.
2. Enter the tracking number. Leave it on Auto-detect carrier, or pick USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL Express.

Each new tracking number costs $0.10 from your wallet. Checking the same package again is free.

Schedule a pickup

In History, press Schedule pickup on a label you bought here and the carrier comes to collect it. If there's a pickup fee, it comes out of your wallet.

For labels you bought somewhere else, Schedule a free USPS pickup books USPS to collect them.
