How does the shipping wallet work?

Your Available balance is at the top of Shipping Labels. It's prepaid postage.

Add funds

Press +$20, +$50 or +$100 and pay by card on Stripe's secure page. The money is in your wallet as soon as the payment goes through.

What the wallet pays for

• The labels you buy
• Tracking a package in the Track tab, at $0.10 for each new tracking number. Checking the same package again is free.
• Carrier pickups, when they aren't free

Carrier adjustments

If a carrier re-measures a package and charges more, the difference comes out of your wallet. If that takes your balance below zero, you can't buy new labels until you add funds.

Unused labels you refund go back into the wallet (refunding a label).
