What's in Reports, and how do I export my data?
Go to Business > Reports.
What's on the page
- Product trends follows your top 6 products month by month, by sales, units, net profit or refunded units, over 6 or 12 months.
- Traffic & conversion shows your Amazon sessions, unit session percentage, Buy Box percentage and ordered sales for the last 30 days. Press Sync traffic to get them from Amazon. It takes about a minute.
- Returns shows your return rate over 60 and 90 days, what refunds cost you, the reasons buyers give, and the products returned most.
- Sales by state shows where your Amazon orders went over the last 90 days.
Traffic & conversion needs Amazon's Brand Analytics permission on your store connection. If it's missing, the panel says so. Reconnect your store and approve that role to turn it on.
Export center
Each button downloads a CSV file with the same numbers you see on screen.

Nothing to export yet. means there's no data for that file so far.
Other exports
- Inventory has Export CSV for your stock.
- P&L has Export CSV for every sale, with its fees and profit (the P&L).
- Each purchase order has Export CSV in its ⋮ menu.
- Receipts and Money Back each have an Export CSV too.
