How do I request approval for a gated product?
When a product needs approval, you apply on Amazon's side, in Seller Central.
- In Ungating, each Need approval row shows Amazon's reason and a request approval link.
- On a scan, the Eligible to sell line in the Alerts panel has a Request approval button.
Both open that product's application in your own Seller Central account.
How much Amazon asks for
With the Chrome extension installed, a scan can show what Amazon asks for on that product, for example a number of units on your invoices. Plug Seller only reads this and never submits anything.
Tip: Amazon approves brands country by country. Make sure Settings > Store Connect > Selling on matches the country you're applying in.
