What do Eligible, Need approval and Restricted mean?
Results come in while the check runs (Checking eligibility…). The tabs sort them into All, Eligible, Need approval and Restricted, each with a count.
| Result | What it means |
|---|---|
| Eligible | You can list it on your account now. |
| Need approval | Amazon wants you to apply first (requesting approval). |
| Restricted | It's blocked on your account. |
| Error | Amazon didn't answer this time. Run the check again. |
Each row shows Amazon's own reason. Once the answers are in, the rows fill in with the sales rank, sales, Max Cost and offers.
During and after a check
- cached next to a result means a recent answer was reused. Errors are always asked again.
- A check keeps running if you close the page. Come back within the hour and it picks up where it left off.
- Export CSV downloads the results with each product's link, result, reason and approval link.
- Stop ends a check early.
