How do I know if I can sell a product?
The Eligible tile in Quick Info asks Amazon, using your own seller account, whether you can list the product.

|---|---|
| Yes | You can list it now. |
| No | Amazon wants you to apply for approval before you can sell it. |
| Restricted | It can't be sold on your account. |
| Checking… | The question has been sent to Amazon. |
| Connect | Your Amazon store isn't connected yet (connect it). |
| Check Alerts Panel | Amazon didn't answer this time. The Alerts panel has the details. |
When you need approval
The Eligible to sell line in Alerts gives Amazon's reason and a Request approval button, which opens the application on Seller Central. If the Chrome extension has read what Amazon asks for, the tile shows it too, for example · 10 units.
Plug Seller never submits anything to Amazon for you.
Country and rechecks
- Eligibility is checked in the country you sell in. You set it in Settings > Store Connect > Selling on.
- Refresh in the Alerts panel asks Amazon again.
