What is Plug Ungating?Plug Ungating checks a whole list of products against your own Amazon account at once and sorts them into Eligible, Need approval and Restricted. On Combo and Pro.How many ungating checks do I get?Combo gets 100 runs a month of up to 150 ASINs each, 5 minutes apart. Pro gets unlimited runs of up to 1,000 ASINs. The free trial includes 3 runs.How do I check a list of ASINs from a file?Upload a CSV or Excel file with an ASIN column or Amazon links. Plug Seller finds the ASINs, drops the duplicates and checks them on your account.How do I check products straight from Advanced Search filters?The From Advanced Search tab builds the list for you. Set the filters and Plug Ungating checks every product that matches.What is the Approved Pool?The Approved Pool holds products that came back Eligible for other Plug Seller members. Check my chances checks up to 100 of them on your own account.What do Eligible, Need approval and Restricted mean?Each product comes back Eligible (you can list it now), Need approval (Amazon wants an application) or Restricted (blocked on your account), with Amazon's reason and a link to apply.How do I request approval for a gated product?Use the request approval link on the product's row in Ungating, or Request approval in a scan's Alerts panel. Both open the application on Amazon Seller Central.Where are my past ungating checks?History keeps every product you've ever checked, with filters and sorting. Star a product to keep it in Favorites.How do I find the brands my Amazon account can sell?My brands checks every brand in the categories you pick on your own Amazon account, and sorts them into Can sell, Gated, Closed and Unknown. It's part of the Pro plan.What do Can sell, Gated, Closed and Unknown mean in My brands?Each brand comes back as You can sell, Approval needed, Closed to resellers or Not sure for your own Amazon account, with the biggest brands first.How do I find products from the brands I can sell?Pick up to 50 brands on the Can sell tab and press Find products. Plug Ungating then checks their products on your account, one batch at a time, until every product has been through.
