The extension panel doesn't open on a product page
Try these in order.
- Click the Plug Seller icon in Chrome's toolbar. It opens and closes the panel.
- Reload the page. A tab that was already open when you installed or updated the extension needs a reload.
- Check which page you're on. The panel opens by itself on Amazon (.com and .ca), Walmart and eBay product pages. Anywhere else, click the icon.
- Check whether you closed it. Closing the panel hides it on that page only. It comes back on the next product page.
Pages where it never opens
Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and Advertising, and Walmart Seller Center. On Chrome's own pages (chrome:// pages and the Web Store), a separate Plug Seller window opens instead.
If it still doesn't show, make sure the extension is switched on in chrome://extensions and that you're signed in (if it says you're signed out).
