When you sign up, we email you a 6-digit code to confirm your address.
- Look in your Spam and Promotions folders.
- Make sure you typed your email address correctly.
- Wait a minute, then press Resend code.
Messages
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| OTP has expired | The code only lasts 10 minutes. Ask for a new one. |
| Invalid OTP | Check the 6 digits and try again. |
| Too many failed attempts. Request a new OTP. | Ask for a new code. |
| Please wait 1 minute before requesting another OTP | Wait a minute, then resend. |
